PLYMOUTH BARRACUDA 1965
It’s starting to take its COLOR now. This is just the INTERIOR PARTS – there is a lot of SANDING and BUFFING but this makes it so we can ASSEMBLE THE CAR – PAINT WHOLE CAR – then STRIPES – then CLEAR COATS…
Here you can see the:
- FLAT BLACK PRIMER (or gray on arm-rests)
- TWO COATS KANDY BRANDYWINE
- THREE COATS KANDY BRANDYWINE w/TWO COATS CLEAR COAT
This paint does NOT have FLAKE in it – what it has is KANDY – that means it’s TRANSLUCENT – in different light/angles it will look different shades *kind of like aluminum foil – which will go well on this car with all its curves/angles/chrome. The STRIPE will have PEARL we’re keeping our fingers crossed on that.
This has to cure for a couple days – THEN BUFFED OUT.
